Prices for 2024

We have 3 rental periods: High, Middle and Low.  The dates and corresponding rates for these periods are:

High Season - 28/6/24 - 4/9/24

Middle Season - 30/3/24 - 27/6/24 and also from 5/9/24 - 27/10/24 and also from 20/12/24 - 31/12/24

Low season - 1/1/24 - 29/3/24 and also from 28/10/24 - 19/12/24

Couple per night: £110/£96/£62

Family/Group (3 to 5 people) per night: £177/£154/£95

Per additional person (if > 5 but <9 pers) per night: £8.00/£8.00/£8.00

Dog Charge - £16.50

For a week or more, we apply a 50% discount to every 7th night of your stay

Minimum stay is 2 nights

An additional cleaning fee of £45.00 for a Couple and £60.00 for 3+ people is added to the above charges

We no longer hire bed linen - so please do bring your own.

On confirmation of your booking, we ask for a deposit of 20% and the full balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival

If you have to cancel your holiday, unfortunately your deposit cannot be refunded and, depending on how close the cancellation is to the original arrival date, additional costs, e.g. cleaning, may also apply (details given on booking).
