Prices for 2025

We have 3 rental periods: High, Middle and Low.  The dates and corresponding rates for these periods are:

High Season - 27/6/25 - 7/9/25

Middle Season - 28/3/25 - 26/6/25 and also from 8/9/25 - 26/10/25 and also from 19/12/25 - 31/12/25

Low season - 1/1/25 - 27/3/25 and also from 27/10/25 - 18/12/25

Couple per night: £127/£110/£71

Family/Group (3 to 5 people) per night: £204/£177/£111

Per additional person (if > 5 but <9 pers) per night: £9.00/£9.00/£9.00

Dog Charge - £17.50

For a week or more, we apply a 50% discount to every 7th night of your stay

Minimum stay is 2 nights

An additional cleaning fee of £47.50 for a couple and £62.50 for 3 or more people is added to the above charges

We no longer hire bed linen - so please do bring your own.

On confirmation of your booking, we ask for a deposit of 20% and the full balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival

Cancellation Policy:

If you have to cancel your holiday, we will do our very best to re-let the nights and, if successful, no cancellation charges will apply and any payments already made will be refunded pro-rata on re-let nights.

However, if the nights can’t be re-let, unfortunately our cancellation policy would apply as follows: 8 or more weeks before arrival at the Cottage - 100% refund; 4wks to 8wks before arrival - 50% refund of the total holiday cost; 2wks to 4wks before arrival – 25% of the total holiday cost refunded. Less than 2wks – unfortunately no refund.

Depending on how close the cancellation is to the original arrival date, additional costs, e.g. cleaning, may also apply.
