A Little Bit of History...

Peveril Cottage is a well-loved family-owned house that until 1953 was a Coastguard Cottage.  Our Grandfather bought the Cottage and his children, Lindy, Philippa and Joanna spent many childhood holidays at the Cottage.

In 1990, the Cottage ownership was then passed down to the next generation - Nicola, Philip, Nell, Katherine, Jonathan and also Antonia & Holly.  Now many of the 4th generation are also enjoying time down at the Cottage with friends.

We'd love to hear from you

We've been working hard to improve the Cottage for all our visitors - but it's a long process, so any feedback on things that are good or bad would be really helpful!

Please do let me have any ideas on what you’d like to see in future years – whether that be in the kitchen, general house facilities or outside.
